Amanda Carroll
Amanda is a CDI Registered, Level 7 qualified Careers Adviser, (Post-Grad Diploma in Careers Guidance Parts 1 & 2) and is a qualified D32/33 Assessor for IAG. Amanda has experience of guidance work in secondary, sixth form and FE college settings as well as community and adult contract work. Amanda uses client-centered, non-directive, counselling skills to move clients forward - supported by her national and local labour market, education and training knowledge and expertise. Amanda has worked as a Careers Consultant, producing career materials and online resources and delivering career events. She has worked as Local Authority Schools' Adviser - supporting leaders in schools and colleges with the new statutory guidance, changes in careers guidance policy and services.
